JSON and CSV contain the same current verified values. Add ?destination=NZ to either download URL to select one destination by ISO code. An empty list means no facts meet the publication rules.

Reading the files

id identifies the fact; subject and program identify the agreement. passport and destination are ISO alpha-2 codes.

field names the rule. value contains the normalized value: money uses integer amount_minor and currency, and stay_months is a list of months. unit preserves the exact scope. Never compare values without their units.

period identifies the relevant quota or application cycle; valid_from is the effective date when the source states one. Null means not stated, never zero or unlimited.

verified_at is the verification timestamp; verified_on is its UTC date. source_url, publisher and quote preserve the citation. confidence is MEDIUM or HIGH. as_of is the UTC date on which the publication gate was evaluated.

CSV uses UTF-8 and quoted RFC 4180 cells. Objects and arrays in value are JSON. A leading apostrophe protects text that could be interpreted as a spreadsheet formula; JSON retains the original text.

Downloads omit drafts, held, superseded, unverified and expired facts. Re-fetch before reuse: a saved file is a dated snapshot, not a guarantee of current rules. Coverage dates describe verification observations.
